Designed by Malcolm Grear Designers. 284 pp., with 74 duotone plates and 119 black-and-white illustrations finely printed on Lustro Dull paper by The Meriden Gravure Company (plates), and The Murray Printing Company (all else). 11-1/4 x 9-3/4 inches.
