First edition, first and only printing. Signed and dated 2004 in black ink on the first page by Mandel. Soft cover. Photographically illustrated wrappers, saddle-bound, no dust jacket as issued. A conceptual artist's book consisting of photographs and facsimiles of completed questionnaires, sent to and compiled by Mandel at the artist's request by seven random Americans who happened to be named Edward Weston (no relation to the photographer). Unpaginated (20 pp.), with seven black-and-white and color illustrations. 8-3/8 x 5-3/8 inches. Out of print. Very scarce.
