From the book: "The books and other objects documented in the following pages were assembled from the collection of Diane Arbus and constitute a significant portion of the contents of her library. They are pictured here as they were displayed in several rooms of the international museum retrospective Diane Arbus Revelations, which was organized by the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and traveled to seven other institutions between October 2003 and October 2006."
