Description

From Robert Cumming: "I think in a couple of interviews I did in the early- to mid-70s the question came up about what this work was about and I could never isolate a single element. It has always been about a half dozen things, in some instances it might be questions about perception or in another piece it might be a question centering on manipulating logic...One of the first things I was interested in was the disparity between real objects and how they looked in photographs."
