Text by Sylvia Wolf. Essay by Michael Rush, with a conversation between Michal Rovner and Leon Golub from 2001. Includes an exhibition history, bibliography and list of illustrations. Designed by Lorraine Wild, with Robert Ruehlman and Jessica Fleischmann. 256 pp., with numerous color reproductions and reference illustrations, beautifully printed by Steidl on heavy fine art paper (including a section printed on vellum-like paper) from separations made by Steidl. 10-3/4 x 9-5/8 inches. Out of print. Very scarce.
