Limited slipcased edition of 100 hand-numbered copies, this being #88/100 (plate pasted on front free endpaper notes edition number), with a 8-5/16 x 6-13/16 inch original Type-C print, "St. Petersburg, Russia, 2004," image size 5-15/16 x 5-15/16 (numbered and signed in blue ink on verso by van Meene, print edition 100, printed in 2008 for this edition), in a separate blue-gray cloth portfolio for presentation. Both the book and photograph portfolio fit inside the larger blue-gray cloth slipcase. Hardcover. Photographically illustrated paper-covered boards, with title printed in white and black on front cover and spine, no dust jacket as issued. Photographs by Hellen van Meene. Essay (in English and German) by Els Barents. Includes an exhibition history and bibliography.
