Signed, dated ("7.20.96") and inscribed in red ink on the half-title page to an important figure in contemporary photography (please inquire): "To [name]-Show up next time! Always my best. John Patrick," and signed again with full name. Also includes two laid-in stationery cards, one inscribed "Happy New Year!...Best, Patrick," the other stamped verso in black ink with the artist's name, with a gelatin silver print (image size 3-1/8 x 3-1/8 inches, paper size 3-3/4 x 3-3/4 inches) held in place by four photo-album corners. Hardcover. Black cloth-covered boards with graphic stamped in red on cover and title stamped in red on spine, with clear acetate dust jacket. Photographs and text by John Patrick Salisbury.
