Rich burgundy silk-moiré cloth-covered boards, with debossed cross design and title stamped in black on front cover and spine, with woven black page marker ribbon sewn in; no dust jacket as issued. Fine paper stock with red vellum-like translucent pages, which overlay most of the plates. Photographs, drawings (studies) and collages by Joel-Peter Witkin. Texts (in French) by Alain Dupuy, Antonio Saura and Joel-Peter Witkin. Includes an illustrated exhibition checklist, list of collections, selected exhibition history and bibliography (in French). Designed by d.C. Diseño. 120 pp. with 46 total four-color plates (including 14 plates with 63 four-color reproductions comprising the checklist of the exhibition). 8-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches.
