Paper-covered boards, no dust jacket as issued. Photographs by Stu Levy. Letter dated November 9, 2003 by Carl Chiarenza to Stu Levy. 16 pp., with 1 large folded broadsheet plate, folded into 16 "sections," and pasted down the front inside cover (the original print represents a detail of this large plate and is tipped in the top edge of the detail in one fo the 16 the image sections created by the folds). 7-1/2 x 5-3/4 inches.
