Terms

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and checks. If you choose PayPal, we will send you an invoice after receiving your order. Personal checks may be subject to a 7-day holding period prior to shipping.

Net 30 payment terms are available to institutions (please provide a purchase order number with your order, if required).

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. State sales tax of 7% applies to orders shipped to a New Mexico address.

Domestic Shipping

FedEx Ground Insured (business address recommended): $7.50 for the first book; +$3.50 for each additional book

USPS Priority Mail Insured (with Delivery Confirmation): $10.00 for the first book; +$5.00 for each additional book

An additional charge may apply to some books due to weight and/or value. All shipments are trackable (a tracking number will be emailed to you).

International Shipping

FedEx Express and U.S. Postal Service Priority Airmail are the preferred shipping methods. Due to variations in weight, size, value and destination country, the cost of international shipments can vary greatly. For this reason, the actual cost of shipping and insurance will be added to the total amount due (and charged to your credit card) when we process your order. The web site order confirmation email you receive will not include this additional charge. If you would like to confirm this additional actual cost of shipping before placing an order, please contact us.

Import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Returns

Books may be returned for any reason within 10 days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as received.

General

Book dust jackets will be enclosed in a removable Brodart Archival-Quality protective cover at no charge (a cover will be added to shrink-wrapped books if requested).

All items may be offered for prior sale. Prices are subject to change without notice. Special orders may require advance payment and may be non-returnable. Open by appointment only.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy when you visit and order from our web site.

Our site uses an order form to collect visitor's contact information (such as names, mailing and e-mail addresses) and financial information (such as credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send order confirmations, information about our company, and other communications when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services ordered.

Vincent Borrelli, Bookseller will not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share the personal information you provide to us in placing an order or contacting us. We may notify you by e-mail about information (e.g., new arrivals and recommendations), promotional events or activities related to Vincent Borrelli, Bookseller that we believe may be of interest to you.

Our secure server software uses industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, as it travels over the Internet so that all transactions are secure.
